Creator: Christopher Fowler… is a Toronto-based actor and arts educator. Most recently, he was seen reprising the role of DJ Shepherd in In Pink (Left Foot First Productions/Eastern Front Theatre), named ‘Outstanding Production’ of 2008 by The Coast magazine, Halifax.
Christopher’s other theatre credits include The Fort at York (Crate Productions), a workshop of The Toxic Bus Incident (OneLight Theatre), Romeo and Juliet (Classical Theatre Project), and two seasons with Theatre New Brunswick’s Young Company. As an educator, Christopher has learned from a variety of students.
He has worked with young people as a guest instructor at the Imperial Theatre in Saint John, New Brunswick since 2002 and will soon be returning for his second term at Centauri Summer Arts Camp in Wellandport, Ontario. He has also led drama workshops with the hilarious and insightful occupants of Toronto’s Pine Villa Seniors’ Residence. Christopher is a graduate of the Ryerson Theatre School.
Creator: Chelsea Manders…is a Toronto-based actor/musician/comedian/writer. She has performed with Classical Theater Project, Alchemy Theatre, Hart House, Buddies in Bad Times.
She is passionate about creating new and innovative theatrical performances. She performed original comedic music CBC, CTV/Comedy Network, HYSTERIA! ‘05, ‘07 at Buddies in Bad Times, Toronto Sketch Comedy Festival ‘07, ‘08, Canadian Comedy Awards, CBC Winnipeg Comedy Festival, was nominated for Tim Sims Award for best up-coming Toronto comedian, wrote/produced/performed and won Producer’s Pick & Funniest Show on a London/Montreal/Toronto Fringe Tour, featured on Three Takes (Slice Network) and upcoming in How To Be Indie (YTV).
She is collaborating on Cole J. Alvis’ upcoming piece for the Rhubarb Festival at Buddies in Bad Times, developing a comedic musical, The Rose Garden, with support from The Grand Theatre, and an original comedy series, The Substitutes, with Tricon Productions.
Chelsea studied drama at Ryerson Theatre School, Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama, BADA and is studying comedic TV scriptwriting at the Humber School of Comedy.
